If the requested personal information does not exist, we will notify the user accordingly. Please note that a handling fee (JPY 1,000 per request) will be charged for disclosure.
6. Correction and Suspension of Use
6.1 If a user requests correction of personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, or requests suspension of use on legal grounds, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after verifying the identity of the requester, and based on the results, we will correct the content or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly. If we decide not to make such correction or suspension, we will notify the user of that decision.
6.2 If a user requests deletion of personal information and we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will delete the personal information after verifying the identity of the requester and notify the user accordingly.
6.3 These provisions shall not apply where we are not obligated to make corrections, suspend use, or otherwise act under applicable laws and regulations.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may revise this Policy as necessary. However, if any changes require user consent under applicable laws, the revised Policy shall apply only to users who have agreed to such changes in accordance with the method prescribed by our store. If we revise this Policy, we will notify users of the effective date and content of the revised Policy by posting it on our website or through other appropriate means.
